Greg undertook a project for us involving the demolition of existing rear of the property, new foundations, erection of new walls, roof and insertion of steel support. He delivered the project on time and to budget, and was very clear in what works and materials were covered in our contract at start. He was able to recommend quality providers of doors etc. And in advising us in good time when needed for installation. He and his team were always on time, friendly and responsive to amendments to original design. We are extremely pleased and would recommend him for similar projects.

The project was to my design and included some more unusual details that were perhaps not the norm for the average domestic extension builder. Greg never hesitated to ask a question in order to get the detail right. I have finicky standards and if anything was not to my satisfaction he would redo without complaint or additional cost.

This is to compliment the excellent quality of the loft conversion project that Greg and team worked on my property. My loft conversion was finished to a very high standard. Loft conversion
The work consisted of demolishing and building internal walls, removing a chimney breast, inserting steel support beams, installing new boiler and renewing the whole house radiators, re-plumbing and rewiring new kitchen and dining room, replacing old windows and new wooden frames, installing new toilet, fitting new kitchen units and appliances and completing with plastering and decorating the rooms. This firm had also very successfully completed previous works for me and other friends and I highly recommend them for their workmanship and work ethic.

Refurbishment of house
Always happy to make amendments and changes. Fitted extra outside tap for no charge. Always on time and made sure the house was neat and tidy when they finished. Worked well from a simple design drawing and adapted it to fit our awkwardly shaped kitchen. Simple and functional finish created.

Greg has done my kitchen and I have asked him to do install the new bathroom. Work includes removing the old units (bath tub, toilet, wash basin), running new pipes, move toilet to a new position, install new unit, tiling floor and wall, install new wet room, re-plaster the ceiling and new spotlights. Excellent quality, on time with reasonable price. I have recommended him to my friends.

Greg and his team have completed a number of jobs in our house in Wimbledon – from complete bathroom refurbishment, painting and decorating to other small odd jobs.
